Terms and Conditions (T&C) – More Amore Clothing
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with More Amore Clothing.
By listing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as you click the “Buy Now” button during the ordering process.
3. Products (Print-on-Demand)
Our products are custom-made upon order (print-on-demand).
This means:
Production begins only after an order is placed
Manufacturing and shipping are handled by external partners (e.g., Printful)
Minor variations in color or appearance are possible
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final and include applicable sales tax (where applicable).
Shipping costs are listed separately during the checkout process.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is handled by external shipping providers.
Delivery times:
Specified in the store
May vary depending on production time
Important:
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods is not transferred to you until the goods are handed over to you.
6. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal for personalized products
Since our products are custom-made, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Exceptions (Complaints)
A claim for replacement or refund exists only in the following cases:
incorrect delivery
manufacturing or printing errors
damaged goods

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Liability
We assume unlimited liability in cases of:
Intent and gross negligence
Injury to life, limb, or health
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
9. External Service Providers (Printful)
Production and shipping are handled by external service providers.
However, we remain your sole contractual partner.
10. Intellectual Property
All content in the store (designs, images, text) is protected by copyright.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the company’s registered office.
